January 2024: EPCOT Festival of the Arts Photo Gallery

What a phenomenal way to kick off 2024!  The January trip was the ultimate “Disney Community” pilgrimage—balancing the high-energy park hopping with those meaningful, artistic moments that make the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts so special.  Meeting Joel Payne is a bucket-list moment for many Disney art collectors. Known for his “Believable Fantasy” style, having him donate a piece of his work for our charity event is a massive win. It’s a beautiful testament to the generosity within the Disney creator and fan community.  Monorail Mollie -Jen got to pick up a paintbrush for the Expression Section: A Paint-by-Number Mural is such a classic Festival of the Arts memory.  There’s something uniquely satisfying about seeing thousands of guests come together to create a giant piece of EPCOT history.  No trip to the Festival is complete without the “culinary arts.” You certainly hit the heavy hitters: France: You grabbed the legendary Orange Grand Marnier Slush (or perhaps the festival-exclusive Frozen French Martini).  It’s the gold standard for World Showcase beverages—refreshing, potent, and perfectly photogenic.  Italy: You likely cooled off with the Italian Margarita or the refreshing Elderflower Sparkling Cocktail (which often features those bright, minty notes similar to a julep).  Italy always brings that sophisticated flair to the festival menu.  The true heart of your trip seems to have been that massive group dinner. Gathering over 30 people from the Disney community—likely at a spot like Via Napoli (perfect for large rows of tables) is no small feat.  It’s those moments, sharing stories of the day’s “rope dropping” and art finds, that turn a vacation into a shared experience.
