David’s presence in the community is akin to Tiana and Prince Naveen’s role as beloved and inspiring characters.
He brings a sense of dedication and resilience, encouraging others to join in and share in his journey.
David’s ability to connect with his audience through his dedication and hardworking nature is evident in his approach.
His genuine interactions and resilient nature help build strong connections and a sense of belonging within the community.
He is a past National Director of the American Military Retirees Association (AMRA) and a proud member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and the American Legion, as well as a Life Member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
He is also a Disabled Veteran with a long history of service and leadership within the military community.
He entered the United States Navy on August 18, 1982, beginning his service at Great Lakes Boot Camp as part of the Cincinnati Reds–sponsored Company 82-233.
He served as a Hospital Corpsman with both the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Marine Corps, with active-duty assignments in San Diego, Camp Pendleton, Portsmouth (VA), Okinawa (Japan), Korea, and Cherry Point (NC).
In addition to his active duty service, he also completed two years in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
